When will PS2P coming out?

I think some time in 2020 would be great. Even though I like what I see of the 3DS (minus the 3D part), I don't think it'll outdo the PSP too much graphically. So what need is there of a new PSP? Sony should continue supporting the PSP with great games and not give up on the PSP.
