as far as i know, the goty(game of the year)edition will come out with all the dlc available to xbox 360 users on the blu-ray game disc, but i do not know if they are going to release them as separate dlc...

they had said that they would release the first expansion for PS3 in June(when the 4th one came out for xbox). So much for that idea. Now we just play the waiting game. Maybe they won't be asses and they'll just release the first three in the same month.
Just wait for October. You can pick up the GotY edition for $60. That's $10 for Fallout 3, and then $50 for all 5 of the DLC add-ons. Pretty good deal actually.
Just get the GOTY edtion, I've got most of the DLC for the 360 version but its hogging up my hard drive, I'm still going to get the GOTY edition just to have it all in one package. I like my games on a disk. The DLC adds a lot to the main game, well worth waiting for.
