Not that I know of.You will be able to play music while ingame when you have a computer next to your ps3, or a stereo.

Maybe before GTA IV comes out, cuz i remembered in the PC versions you can turn ur radio channel (while in the car) to play ut music list, maybe they added that feature to the consoles as well. =/
