when you dont have nights out on weekend do u turn to sony?

say your having a quite weekend will you turn to your ps3 ? gaming to the early hours instead of partying?

with my job i work hard 5 days a week anddoing my mma ****s at night in the week soi make a point of completely partying and tearing it up or just gaming my ass off

iv found my self doing just this , i have an xbox but for some reason i never seemed to do it with my xbox. with my ps3 im playing blu rays i also find the psn store of movie rent prices to be very reasonable and lots of choice instead of going to blockbuster as well . im also gaming toearly hours inthe morning.

im going to be doing just this next saturday and thinking of getting little big planet or dead space or something to consume my weekend.

kinda of a lame thread but jsut wonderd who else was similar, it probly on relates to very few people on this site most either being early teens or family men lol

Sometimes I do. It depends on my mood really. But I've never been a "party guy" anyways :P

Fridays are for friends.

Saturdays are for games and housework.

Sundays are for games. Nothing else.

For me at least, haha.

yeah i read that thing about ms saying the 360 is not a gaming machine its entertainment centre but i have to say i just feel the ps3 is the better does this better maybe its just the blu ray but the blu ray picture is epic and cant be compared to standerd HD lol

It's a video service as well, but there's a monthly fee. It's pretty cheap, however, and there is a good bit of stuff to watch on there. You can also get movies delivered to you.

oh cool we have something called love film which is more or less the same only its a rip off were as that seems very cheap lol

It depends largely on the weekend. If no one has anything planned or my freinds aren't in town then I'll usually use the weekend nights for gaming, and possibly a bit of studying if need be.

I usually have something to do. I tend to game during the day on weekends and then go out at night.

I don't party, or play games all through the night, both pointless in my opinion. I make sure I get a decent night's sleep.

Unfortunately I work nights, and have for 5 years. So on the weekends it is usually hard for me to find people that want to hang out at 4 in the morning. I do have a few hardcore friends though, and they usually come over and game on the weekends with me in the wee hours of the morning. Fun times. I'm sure the neighbors don't appreciate it though. This weekend I was doing endurance races with a buddy of mine in GT5, knocked out a few of em.

Depends really. Some weekends I'll game my butt off, some weekends I'm incredibly busy. Hopefully, I'll be able to play Dead Space 2 until the wee hours of the morning if I can make the midnight launch at Gamestop.

If I don't go out then I hit up Sony for my entertainment, whether it be gaming, movie watching, or pandora.com. It's about 2 Saturdays out of the month now. The other two are when I go out.

Yep, if there are no places to be on a Saturday I would turn on my PS3 and either play Call of Duty/Street Fighter with friends or go on Home and chat. Once in a blue I'll watch a movie.

I find myself turning to my PS3 for comfort and companionship all the time. I'm a indoors kind of guy.

I sometimes will play until the early hours in the morning on a Friday night. I enjoy that much more than partying. Saturdays is when I try to do most of my gaming on the weekend. Sunday usully ends up being a little gaming and then sleeping to recover from all of the previous gaming :)

Friday is for school i still play for about 2 hours.

Saturday is for my personal night-outs(Girlfriend/friends)

Sunday is a free day.

This is actually common for me...

I have a HORRIBLE work schedule. I work 6 days a week from 4pm - 12am. When I wake, all of my friends are at work, and when I come home, they're all sleeping. I use my 7th day (Sunday) to work on an album I'm recording (I'm a musician). So, I have little to nothing to do in the wee hours of the morning except playing video games or watching streamed film from Netflix.

I WOULD work on music in that time frame, but I live in a building and with my fiance who's also sleeping at that time and don't want to wake anyone. It gets depressing when I think about it after the fact. But, it's a great alternative. I generally have a blast playing video games all night, so I definitely depend on my PS3 A LOT for entertainment.

Here's to hoping for a future schedule change so I can have my real life back. My virtual life is starting to take over. :P
