I've seen the Entertainment Pack, but I don't want a stupid movie that I'll never watch and a game I'll never play, so does anyone know a good site/store where I can get a good deal on a PSP?

Best deal is a refurb PSP because it will have minimal to zero scratches and it's almost or as cheap as a used PSP.  I got my refurbished value pack for $160 last summer.

if you go to amazon.com sometimes it's like, 150 at it's cheapest, but that's used. a new psp is going to cost at least 200.

Where can you buy refurbished PSPs?  And are they as bad as "refurbished" 360s?

I suggest you go with a refurbished PSP also. I got mine refurbished and it works great and is about $40 cheaper. Your local EB Games or GameStop should have some in.
