Topic says it all.
You aren't able to download/ upload custom icons for your PSN. You are only able to use the choices they give.
But they've announced new ones.AdziboyI've read that somewhere. But I've yet to see it on the Playstation Store/Avatar List, do you know when it would be up by any chance? On topic, No you cant. I wish you could though :S.
