where do i go to register my ps3?

If you have your PS3 online access, you can register it through the PS3. If not, you can just go to Playstation.com and register it. Also, if you don't have your PS3 set for online access yet, you'll need to go to that site and download the latest update and save it to disk/USB drive and run it on your PS3.
