Wondering where people buy their games. I buy them off craigslist as I like easy local buying, and they usually have $10 - $15 off store prices.

lol, Gamestop, Wal Mart, wherever I can get it.
I don't really have an assigned store for it.. I just find the nearest store that would have it and go pick it up on my way to do something else.
Costco has a small selection but they are always discounted. Got uncharted 2 for 55 bucks first week.Either Bestbuy or Walmart

EB games, close, and always has the new games and games I want unlike Best Buy and Future Shop who don't have the games and are further away.
Out of the back of some shady dude's van in a dark alley on the wrong side of the tracks. Seriously though, locally there's a dude who runs a game place that jumps street date without a second thought. Don't know how he hasn't been busted yet, he shows up @ midnight launch line-up's two weeks before another big game launches and upcharges 10/20 bucks for unreleased games- out of principle I won't buy from him but a few freinds of mine do. Kinda despicable, I'll usually go to a retail outlet of some sort- whoever is closest/cheapest/has the game if others don't.
I have normally purchased all my games from GameStop, but I have had a lot of bad luck with them so after I use the rest of my credit I have there, I'm going to look into using other means. I've been looking at BestBuy's used game estimator that they have on their site, and they are giving $10 - $20 more for trade-ins than GS does. I might be sold, if their program works.

but lately ive been going to this pawn shop down the street from me
since this one that sells all current Gen games for 12.95
its awesome
Gawd... I remember when there was a pawn shop near me. It was back in the N64 days, and they would get all of the latest games in, didn't do any research on the subject as it wasn'tcovered in jewels or fired bullets, so they sold them off for $5-10. Got Ocarina of Time like 2 weeks after release for $10 that way.gamestop

i picked up Oblivion GOTY ed for 13 bucks there while it was still being sold for 30 bucks else were
unfortunatly they dont have a great selection of PS3 titles but i might pick up Assassins Creed again just for the hell of it
or hopefully they got some new games in there
oh yeah and they also sell blurays there for 12.95 also
I get my games from independant stores. I'm friends with the owner of one of them and it's a lot more fun talking about the new games out and playing a couple of Street Fighter 4 matches instead of getting it from the overpriced Sony store. It's also better to support independant stores than a company that makes billions every year.
