They were supposedly in a few stores in the US. But it is not availible technically.

Sony will announce it soon enough.

I cant see why it has taken them a good year and a half to bring out this program. Seriously they are missing out on plenty of sales from people without CCs. Ive got one but still, id rather not use it.

Only Meijers stores carry them for now. People have found them there, and a telephone call to the PSN Network tech support line confirmed that only that store carries them.

go to radio shack and get an american express pre paid card, they work like credit cards but there really like gift cards with numbers on them

you can go to walmart and just get a visa card with money already one it like i think they have like 25, 50, 75, 100 etc... but that's what i do i don't have a credit card either

Yes that is what I did.. They are called "Visa Pre-Paid Gift Cards". They act like credit cards, with a fixed amount and you can add funds like a normal credit card.
