Yeah i agree. It seems that jungles are slowly becoming "generic". Way over used.I would rather see next Jak & Daxter for Naughty Dog.
It should be set inside the human body like that old Rex Somethingorother: Experimental Surgeon game from way back... I dunno if anyone remembers it but you had to go into this dude's body... I mean like Innerspace, not like Brokeback Mountain... and kill germs and stuff.

Atlantis. It was, mythically, extremely technologically advanced, and it's inhabitants basically sank themselves somehow or other. With Uncharted's fantastic water effects, an underwater city like this would be a great showcase, especially if it was still a functional society. That way you could have all kinds of environs.

I dunno how easily this would fit into the game... but I'd like to see it in a Snowy area at least once. I cant imagine how great it would look... but after you see snow on a navy blue sky for 2 hours, you kinda want a new scenert. I bet Uncharted 2 will be more of the same, maybe less jungle, probably more desert I'm betting.

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier is most likely the project they're working on right now - then, Uncharted 2. They'll probably alternate between their two IPs just like Insomniac.
Yeah I think they should stray away from jungle themes to keep it from being repetitive. But who knows, I'd still buy it if it was jungle-based again, but I wouldn't mind something new. But the desert idea that was thrown around here sounds like something to build upon, definetly.
I think that it should be set in a city environment....Now hear me out, I think it would be sweet if you had like a National Treasure kind of moment where you find clues to the treasure trough monuments and such....I mean i that would be sweet anyways.
