Where is the GTAIV dlc in the PSN store?

I know the disc version is out now but I don't want that one, I think it's a waste of plastic since it's not a full game.

No, my friend has it. I saw him playing it today on my list and he says he got it from Best Buy, I also saw it advertised it Best Buy's ad last week.

The hard disc version wont be released until next week. Can't wait for it.ExoticAnimal
