yeh i had problems with this too. somebody posted up in a previous topic so look there as i cannot find it right now. and it was on the .com site, thats about all i know
i downloaded 5.0 directly through my psp on my wireless network. so far ive gone and downloaded game videos from the playstation store. Pretty cool :-) but i havent looked at the other new features yet.
