Agreed. Where is the GS review? It took them less than a week to get an entire game guide up for Gears 2. Maybe everyone was busy writing that.:)
Personal review... the game is incredible. Lots of story and well designed battle system. It quickly took over my play time from Fallout 3. One of the best RPG's I have played in a long time, and I usually dont go for the tactical/turn based games. Took a chance and have been really glad I did. Highly recommeded.
I was going to make a thread about this, but thankfully it's already been done... not that Gamespot will care, but seriously, where is the review? I already read the reviews at IGN and 1UP, but this is another great moment for the PS3 and everyone should know about it.
Just found out that Van Ord will be doing it. At least that guarantees it'll be good whenever it arrives. Guy usually does a good job and is also great at the video reviews.
It seems that this game is more popular that people thought. I went to my EBGames to pick up a copy the day after it was released and apparently they only had two copies left for non-reservations (and I don't go to a small town shop, there are 5 Gamestops / EBGames within a 10 mile radius).
BUY IT! That's my review. Try to price match it with circuit city cause they are doing it for 44.99. Got my copy last night and i'm loving it. It includes both japanese and english voice over tracks. It may be just my opinnion but maybe there isn't a gs review yet because maybe they didn't get a copy until tuesday and wanted to spend more time with the game.
