Wheres Valkyria Chronicles review??

Apparently, this topic hasn't come up enough times. Can you imagine gamespot ignore reviewing a AA (or AAA) game that's a shooter? Such clear bias against anything that's not a shooter or sports games.henry4th

First people say GS doesn't like the PS3 they always score them lower they love the 360 etc...... then they score MGS4 a 10 things calm down a bit and after awhile they start repeating the same thing over and over, and now this.

There are other games beside this one which are on the other consoles that haven't been reviewed yet.

Are you blind or something? Except MGS4, GS underscore almost every major game that came out of ps3 when comparing to the meta matrix, while GS over score almost every major 360 games. this is a fact, not something people made up. And if you don't see it, it's with you.

Show me what OTHER Major GAMES besides Valkyre Chronicles out there right now that's been past due for a freaking 12 days! Show me, facts are worth way more than empty words.

they said they never got an early release copy of the game. i imagine they had to wait for it to come out and buy the game, and then play it. probably gonna be awhile before they have a review up. if people are desperate for a review go to IGN. they gave it a 9, if that isn't enough to make you wanna buy it i don't know what is.thanos723

The game clocks in around 30 hours, and reviewers often don't even finish the entire game before writing up a review. So let's say GS has to buy a retail version when it came out, and had to play it to completion before writing a review. Does it have to wait for 12 days to do it? If it's a shooter game, say gears of war, my god, wouldn't you think they would've played it more than 3 times plus multiplayer? So explain to me why show such obvious bias between the genre of the games? If you are in a competitive business such as running a game review website, wouldn't you want to represent all games as much as possible?

The complaint here is why Gamespot wouldn't review a major exclusive title in time, not if this title got a good score outside of gamespot or not. Please don't try bring up IGN and act as if people don't know that at all.

Shooters sell. RPGs don't.(In N.A.) 

They go where the money is.

No I'm not blind I'm simply not a fanboy, you telling me they underscored every other major PS3 title except MGS4, so you are saying LBP and Resistance 2 are underscored ok whatever you say....it is true that they underscored some games but people who support the other consoles feel the same way too.

you have a game like  Banjo-Kazooie on the 360 which is considered one of the big games of the 360 this year(not receiving high scores from other sites, but before it was reviewed it was and still been kept an eye on by fans) and now it is been 5 days now and it hadn't been reviewed yet. You see I don't write empty words.

yeah this is unfair to ps3 owners. fable got reviewed immediately like its some amazing rpg or somethingronniepage588

AND they knew it would sell more than VC.

Fable 2 is only as good as this game, yet it got reviewed so fast.

The crappy shooter game, Legendary, even got reviewed, with a score of 3.5. lol

WHat does this tell you? 1. GS is bias against JRPG, 2 GS is biased against the black console.

I have to admit this is true. Valkyria, although a stupdendous game, is relatively unknown. While fable is a sequel to a game alot of people already know and love. Plus the advance review copy means they got a chance to really get a feel for the game before they reviewed it. Valkyria is about 30plus hours. If they just got their's last week they still may be playing it. If you're a fan of jrpgs at all you should get this game. And if you like final fantasy tactics I think the composer is the same for this game.  I love the game so much i'm trying to start a word of mouth campaign to get everyone to buy it. 

Every time someone asks this in a forum or to the admins they either get locked or ignored.

Besides, what do you all care what a Gamespot reviewer thinks anyways?

And there are people who depends on scores before they buy games. It'd be sad for this wonderful game to sell fewer copies because of the inaction of certain game review sites.henry4th

I mean look the new need for speed game got reviewed but no valkryia review.

Ign had the review a day before the game came out posted or the day it came out can't remember which.

I didn't expect gamestop to do the same but this is ridiculously.

 17 days and counting

I wish gamespot would just tells whats wrong or why its late.
