Ok so rent a center called me and told me they got 1080p tv's in. I have been waiting for the 1080p tv's from them for awhile. they have 3 that interest me. a 57 inch DLP HDTV mitsubishi and a 65 inch DLP HDTV mitsubishi and a sony 60 inch 1080p HDTV. now money isnt an option between these they all cost around the same. I just need to know which is better for the ps3/bluray here is a link to the site with them on it. Those 3 tv's are on that page

Be wary of the Mitsubishi's.  Many of them don't accept 1080p signals.  They just de-interlace 1080i signals to the TV's native 1080p resolution.  And since many PS3 games only output in either 720p or 1080p that could pose some problems.

Sharp makes the best LCD's at the moment. But Sony is also good.

Projection-Tv's is pretty much crap imho.

I'll be the first to say this.. Why rent a center? They are horribly expensive and if money is no big deal, buy one from a retail store and not a place that lives off fleecing it's customers by having things marked up 20%+ more than you could buy it at a store? Scary part, they don't even say how much it costs on their website. ;)

I just bought the Mits WD-57732 and it's a fantastic set. If you get a chance check out AVS Forums. The link below is a discussion of the Mits WD-xx732 TV's. You should be able to find discussions on the Sony as well.

I did consider the Sony, but the Mit's won me over.
