there is no FFXIII remnant, its called Last Remnant and is multiplat, and personly i wont be gettin either of the two FFXIIIs, not untill i know more about them
Getting first? Assuming that they drop the same day, I'm picking up both. If not, then I'm getting whichever one gets released first - Which seems it would be Final Fantasy XIII.

From what I've gathered, they'll both be in the same world, but have completely autonomous storylines and character casts. I'm sure there will be elements that tie the two together a bit more than that, but as of now, I believe that's about all that's known. Also, while Final Fantasy XIII seems to be more vibrant in tone, Versus XIII seems a lot darker, and I'm sure the content and storylines of both games will reflect this.Â
How come I can't choose "both Final Fantasy games and the Last Remnant"? The difference between 13 and vs.13 is that it's 2 different games. The story is different, the characters but the world is the same. And the Last Remnant is NOT a Final fantasy game. It's a new project that they are working on and that game will come to 360 to. However Final Fantasy will stay an exclusive to the Ps3. I hope this will clear some things up.

Because Squeenix wants to make the "Fabula Nova Crystallis" (FFXIII series) a massive slab of games over a large amount of time, so basically they're taking deifferent games that somewhat revolve around eachother and are slapping on the FFXIII name. Which is cool with me because both XIII and Vs.XIII look incredible.
1st, there is not a game called FF Remnant. It THE LAST REMNANT.
Now, FF XIII and vs XIII are not only different in atmosphere and story, but also in gameplay. While XIII stays as the main line game being a complete RPG game, vs XIII goes the way of Kingdom Hearts and follows the Action-RPG genre. So they are completely different experiences in terms of gameplay.
I will get all 3 of them since SE makes good games and at least, FF XIII and vd XIII look good. Â
I'll be picking up both of them, but if I would have to choose it would be FFv13. It has a darker tone and from what it seems there will not be a clear line between good and evil, my thoughts for this is the quote in the beginning of the trailer. "There is nothing good or evil but thinking makes it so.
Also the people who made kingdom hearts and Advent children are working on this one :D
final fantasy 13 & final fantasy vs 13 from the articles of both games from square-enix party the games will be cool esprcially final fantasy vs 13 so both for me.
This thread is so stupid. There is a single one Final Fantasy XIII. Final Fantasy Versus XIII is a totally different game. And I'm not even talking of The Last Remnant.
 I'll most probably get both FFXIII and FFVXIII. I'll get the last remnant if it's good.
There is no Final Fantasy XIII Remnant, it's called Last Remnant and has nothing to do with FF. I'll be getting all 7 games in the FNC compilation. Etc.
