Which first? Resistance of Warhawk?

Well I'm getting a PS3 this Saturday, but can only afford one game right now. I need to know which of those two games will be able to hold me over until I can afford the other in a couple weeks. I don't want to start off my PS3 experience the wrong way.

Which will keep me occupied for a longer period of time?

well to get split screen you need to go with warhawk which is online only. i would go with warhawk because it takes a long time to rank up. where as RES you can do in 5days. untouchables111

warhawk is far better online, and resistance is killer on campaign

with Warhawk you can go on with 4p on one console and still play with 28 others online

I'd say Resistance. It's avery polished game with amazing singleplayer, co-op,multiplayer, anddeep, user-friendly, active online community.Warhawk is not user-friendly and has a very steep"fun" curve.When you start playing the game, it takes quite a whilebeforeyou start havingfun. With Resistance, you starthaving fun right out of the gate.You'll definitely want to pick this one up before the sequel comes out. (rumored for 2008 Q3 or Q4)

All in all, I'd say you can't go wrong with Resistance, so go with that.
