I thought both had well done combat systems in place but Batman was the one that didn't seem to feel repetitive. Aside from the combat, the actual environments of Arkham Asylum were dark and fitting and overall great. Both good games but the Batman was incredibly superior.

I would say Batman Arkham Asylum because its more of my type of game since I dont really like the hack and slash in ninja gaiden sigma.

The demos for both games accurately represent the gameplay, so give them both a runthrough.

Both has demo. Go try them out.

I like Batman ( finished the game ) especially when being a silent predator. I didn't feel anything for Ninja Gaiden's demo. But everyone's different.
