Which game out of these should i get

i've narrowed down my choices and ive decided to get one of the following games. Which game would you reccomend? I want a game for good replay value and also good online.

ID GET METAL GEAR BY FAR THE BETTER GAME

BUT..........

IF U HAVE EXTRA MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE RATCHET AND CLANK ISNT THAT BAD !! 

I would get MGS: PO because MGS is a type of game that takes up all of your time. Ratchet is short so you can get it later.
