it depends on ur taste both games are great.. if u like shooters go with resistance cuz its awesome if u dont then go with oblivion its a really big game! it'll keep u busy for a while until new games come out, but resistance online will keep u having fun and more fun and new maps coming so u will really enjoy it and it will last long cuz online is fun.
i have both and i don't really have a favorite, but i have definetly spent more time on oblivion than resistance. if you have a high end pc then get oblivion for that, otherwise i say get it for the ps3
well i never tried resistence but oblivion is realy good and u can do watever u want in it and can last u very long but if u like fps more then rpg then go for resistence i guess
