I recently bought a PS3. And I was wondering which of the following to get:

Resistance

Call of Duty 4

Unreal

Ratchet and Clank

Ninja Gaiden

Heavenly Sword

lol, I know it's a really long list, but I can only choose one. Please help!

I know its not listed but I would say Unchatrted. Ive played alot of games on the PS3 but Uncharted and Mlb 08 are the only ones Ive bought.Ratchet and Clanks good also.

ninja gaiden is alright, its a remake of the one the made for xbox

that was the first one i bought. but there is other stuff like turok, dmc4, army of 2, etc

yeah, i'd stick with resistance. its a good shooter, new idea...an its made by the same people that made ratchet an clank i think.

but the online is free an everything. an i hear there is a 2nd one coming

Of the ones listed, Resistance or Ratchet and Clank. But I agree with the poster above - Uncharted is extremely good

Well it depends on what you like, if it's FPS get CoD4. For my money Ninja Gaiden is the better game but CoD4 will get you more hrs. through online, so it's whatever you think is best.

Those are the same two I was going to suggest. That way if he gets Resistance, he will know whats going on when Resistance 2 releases.

Call of Duty 4 is the choice to go with. I don't recommend Resistance, especially since it's got unique controls..not the ordinary shooter il tell you that.

I would say Call of Duty if your looking for a shooter. Its offline/online play is great. The offline is awesome, and the online will engross you for a long time unlocking all the weapons and abilities. Otherwise, Ratchet is an extremely fun game with a lot of play/replay potential.

Get Call of Duty 4 or Resistance. If you allready have COD4 for Xbox 360, get it for PS3. I Have it for both consoles and the PS3 version is much better.

COD4 Newest and largest fan base out there. Single player is great, online even better...Get this game, you wont regret it

If you already have a 360, go for a Sony exclusive. Ratchet & Clank is very very good, however Uncharted would be your best bet.

Call of duty 4, no mattr what, you need that game. Why havent you boght it in 360 be4?

Also, try out warhawk and Uncharted. You might be able to find them on sale or something.

Thanks for all the replies dudes.

I got the PS3 along with Resistance, since the last time I read this thread, the majority said Resistance :P Well, I could just rent COD4 alot of times :P It would be cheaper than buying it for the 360 and paying for XBL.
