Okay well these are the games i have been thinking about

1.Resistance 2

2.Call of Duty World at War

3. Dead Space

I can only get three games for christams so everyone give me their top 3 games that they would get i already own

1. Fallout 3

2. MGS4

3.Nba 2k9

For my christmas, I'm (hopefully) getting:

LittleBigPlanet
Valkyria Chronicles
Resistance 2
(God of War I & II, cause I never experienced them on the PS2, and I would like to try them before the third is released)

I think these three games has a lot of variety, and they are very different.

LittleBigPlanet can be played online, alone, with up to three friends, and it's just awesome. You can spend countless hours here. (I was in the beta, therefore I know.)

Valkyria Chornicles is very, very interesting. I tried the demo, and liked it. I haven't heard a single bad thing from this game, and with gamespot's and IGN's reviews on individually 8.5 and 9, I'm getting it.

Resistance 2 looks very nice as well. I like the modifications that has been made to the game (except from the "You can only carry two weapons at a time, and the removal of the health bar). All the weapons have been modified, the online is better, huge co-op, and from what I've seen, the best handgun made in a videogame.

These are the three games which I'm getting, and I think you should as well.

I'd say world at war for it's online goodness, valkyria chronicles if you like jrpgs at all, and maybe street fighter hd remix for the fighting fan in you.

nothing, its back-to-basic-gaming, the stuff we enjoyed when we were 12, simple run.....i wouldnt do anything other than rent it, beat it, and not waste my time making levels for other ppl without getting paid for it and not play other ppls half a'd job on efforts.

It's just... You can't really tell why it is good, or what it is. It is just... awesome.
You can do so much, and while playing it with some friends, it was even better. It's great when you're together, creating something.

Also, LBP has the highest score of all PS3 games (Even higher than MGS4) on metacritic, and is the only game that has achieved 10 / 10 from both the swedish, danish, norwegian and finish Gamereactor (A scandinavian magazine)

At the beginning, I thought it it was too cute, and looked like it was only fun for 10 minutes, but once I got into the beta... Damn, it was good. I've missed it ever since the beta closed.

Get it. NAU! :O

Or for christmas.

LBP is a game that you may not enjoy if you're not creative. If you are the tools are near limitless. This game has the best create a level option i have ever seen in a game. But the tutorial vids can be a little painful to sift through. Although they are super informative.
