If you like co-op, Reistance 2, if you like multiplayer, Killzone 2. I like Killzone 2 more overal though.

Killzone 2 is undeniably better technically, and in my opinion has the more interesting campaign, story, and gameplay of the two. My suggestion would be to play both though. :P

Resistance 2 is a frustrating game to play. The graphics are ugly, your character moves achingly slow (even slower than in Killzone 2), and the campaign save system is broken (it doesn't support multiple campaign playthroughs at the same time).

Killzone 2, on the other hand, is a near-perfect game. Perhaps the graphics have spoiled me, but this game is a beast. The multiplayer is addicting and the single-player is a spectacle to behold. The only improveent this game needs is a revamp on the controls, which sometimes appear irresponsive.

Well if you like MP KZ2 is really the way to go, i've heard that it can be hard sometimes to find a match in R2(competitive not Co-op). KZ2 is all around a better game than R2 except for campaign(R2s campaign is amazing not storywise but how intense it is) but i rank KZ2 and R2 about the same. R:FoM will always hold a special place in my game collection so that's part of the reason i rank R2 about the same as KZ2.

I loved Resistance 2 co-op and honestly put more time into it than KZ2, both great games though

Is this a joke? In KZ2, it feels like you are running in mud while trying to aim with barbells hanging from your gun.

How do you think Rico got so ripped? He's got 30 pounders hanging from his MG.

does killzone 2 really have an epic story to it? i thought resistance 2 was holly crap epic with the bosses and battles (except for the last boss) but the end was still fun tho :)

honestly, i played about 2 minutes into killzone 2's single player, and i died a few times and i just didn't dig it, so then i played the mulitplayer and i learned my controls that way, then i started to get good but ive never been able to bring myself to start the single player again....:( so how good was it really?

Both good, but I'd say Killzone2 is better. Mainly 'cause of the online, it's top quality, nearly as, if not as good as COD4.
