I would have to say that the 60 gig is the best one. B/C, built in wi-fi, and card readers. Its the only one that has all three of these things.

Yup, 60GB model is by far the best. You shoulda bought one at launch, the models out right now only difference is HDD size but if you can find yourself a 60GB you get the card slots, emotion engine and four USB ports. The nice thing aboot the PS3 is the fact you can swap out the HDD for many notebook HDD's so you can have a 500GB if you want and not have to pay a ridiculous amount for a Sony brand, unlike some other consoles.

I think the 60 gigs are no more in production, so you'll have to settle with either 80 or 160 gigs. But yes the 60 is the best model

The 80gig model. Backwards compatability isn't worth the price tag and the risk of YLOD. The 60g model runs alot warmer than the 80g model and after 2 years most of the 60g models are crapping out. I have had both models. Sony definately moved parts around on the inside to allow for better airflow and a cooler running system on the 80g. The 60g model was blowing hot air out after minutes of being turned on while the 80g model was blowing cool air out even after hours of run time. The only thing I missed from the 60g model was the 4usb ports, which the 80g only has 2. If you still plan to get the 60g I highly recommend getting extended warranty.
