Iv taken some some games off the list -!- AND SHOULD I GET THE PLAYSTATION EYE -!- it sounds awesome but im still not shoer, wen i got the eye toy it was cool for about 2 days. This dose sound much better.

Anyway, on topic.

Depends on if your looking for a single player or multiplayer game. $300 can get you 5-6 games.

Uncharted and Heavenly Sword are must-haves IMO - new, quality PS3 exclusives that we will hopefully see many follow-ups to if they sell enough! (Heavenly Sword is already planned as a trilogy, in fact)

On top of that, pretty much everything on that list is really good. Call of Duty 4 is probably the best for online play though, if that's what you're looking for.

if it was me i would get COD4, assassins creed (patch helps i think), burnout game, and UT3.....

There is nothing wrong with assassins creed. It played perfectly for me.

I'm trying to decide on one between COD4, AC, UT3, and Uncharted myself.

Leaning towards COD4.

I rationalized it as:

COD4 vs AC ---> This is the closest one. The good folks here at GSForums are all overwhelmingly in COD4's favor so it wins there.

COD4 vs UT3 ---> Not a real big fan of sci-fi shooters. UT3 may be a little too fast-paced and "futuristic" for me

COD4 vs Uncharted ---> After playing the demo, I'm not really sure why Uncharted is getting so much praise. I actually (whispering now) agree with the numerical grade awarded by GS. The demo was a) difficult for me and b) made me nauseous from all the camera angle switching.

COD4, Uncharted, UT3, Burnout Paradise, Resistance, and Warhawk would be my choices in that order if you can get 6. If you can only get 5 then Warhawk can easily be replaced by UT3 and COD4 as they are superior online games IMO. Definitely rent Heavenly Sword though as you can beat it within the 3-5 day rental period and you will enjoy it immensely, at least I did. Hope this helps and good luck!

Best combination to get. You get your online multiplayer games (UT3, CoD4 which also has an EXCELLENT single player campaign), and the great single player only experiences (R&C and Uncharted), then an awesome racing game that has online components.

I'd say Assassins creed, R&C, and COD 4 cause im getting those! And COD 4 is $40 at Kmart this week
