Which of these three games would you buy if you could only choose one?

Just wondering since I would like all three but don't feel like throwing 180 bucks around.  So I'm just getting one for now and waiting on Lair.

definetly goin for Sigma..I downloaded the demo and i liked the way it looked and played so ya definetly Sigma.R6 is alright ive played it for 360 its kinda like cs source.

if and when you get a ps3, download the demo of ninja gaiden, it might change your mind

anyway I said both even though I'll probably only get R6 and rent Sigma when I know I have a solid week to play it and get through it.
