i've seen a bunch of people on here complaining how no one uses headsets while playing splinter cell, but that will change as ubisoft actually gets copies out to stores lol anyway to actually answer your question, resistance a decent amount of people talk thats really all I know about I dont have motorstorm but that also has headset support
I dont know what is wrong with my headset (if anything) it works fine on splinter cell but doesnt work on anyother games. Have I done something wrong or is it just cos people havent got headsets that I cant hear anything?danianddanprobably the latter

The problem is that it's not a standard and not everyone will go out to buy a headset. If it was a standars it would be used more. Some games left voice out completely.[QUOTE="The_Rick_14"]i've seen a bunch of people on here complaining how no one uses headsets while playing splinter cell, but that will change as ubisoft actually gets copies out to stores lol

I do agree that if they packaged a headset more people would use them because hey...they already have it...might as well use it, but at the same time anyone who wants one can get one for 30-40 dollars pretty easily. As far as I read, games left voice out completely because didn't get the necessary SDKs for the VOIP portion of their games from Sony in time.
One thing that I do find funny (and this isn't a knock on you, just something I find interesting) is that all the xbots talk about the "choices" they have with the HD-DVD add on when they're forced to buy the microsoft made wireless headset for $60 if they want a wireless headset. Just thought it was interesting.
EDIT: Just changed the formatting, for some reason it didn't recognize the paragraphs.

lol deihomes you are clearly a xbox fanboy, every post ive seen from you is about the xbox. Is the xbox that bad that you have to come on a ps3 forum for entertainment?
I think we need a major online title such as warhawk to be packaged with a headset like socom was, than people will use mics more.
