Hello Folks!

I could really use some pro-gamer advice on what my next PSP purchase should be.

At the moment I have Wipeout: Pure (good times at high speed), Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (great stress reliever), God of War: Chains of Olympus (short but very sweet), and Daxter (most fun I've had since Sonic). Today I bought Crush (this game blows the mind!), and now I'm looking for 1 or 2 more games to polish off the collection.

I've heard a lot of good things about Final Fantasy: Crisis Core, but the X button mashing and slot machine power-up looking thing is kind of a turn off. Or maybe it's not all that bad? I don't know. The only two games that genuinely peek my interest are Burnout Legends and World Soccer Winning Eleven 9.

Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, is Wipeout Pure really good? Because I have one here at home in all of its UMD Glory but I'm kinda afraid to play it, I don't know what to expect. Haha.

Haven't played FF7: Crisis Core but everyone is talking about it and it has great reviews from reviewers in game sites and magazines and positive verdicts from the people who played it. And it bears the Final Fantasy Game so I think you really need to get it. Lol.

Try Patapon. It's a fresh new game out of nowhere. It also has great reviews. See for yourself around Gamespot and other gaming sites and magazines about their take on Patapon. One of the most addictive games I've played on the PSP - besides God of War: Chains of Olympus.

And really, they need to release more games for the PSP.

Monster hunter freedom 1 or 2!

They are both pretty sweet with LOADS to do and unlock and plenty of customisable options but they are a bit hard!

Personaly i would get monster hunter freedom 2, the 1st one is just a replica of monster hunter on the PS2 but with more stuff!

In a nutshell, your a 'monser hunter'. you kill huge dragon/dinosaw-ie stuff and get cash for it! you can harvest monsters claws and scales 'n stuff to make armour with! you can also farm stuff to get items or food while hunting or to make armour with like ore, bugs, fish and other stuff!!

If you do check them out, ignor what Gamespot have said about the MH series!! tehy are awsome with loads of stuff to do so you really get your money's worth!!

If you an RPG type get Final Fantasy Crisis Core. Youre gonna get a lot of playtime out of it and it takes event before FF7 so you dont need to play FF7 first.

Since you seem to like Daxter, Ratchet and Clank: Size matters is another game you may want to consider. Having played Crisis core, I can say that it is quite enjoyable. If your having doubts, you may want to rent it first.

Thanks for the recommendations. ^_^

- Patapon
- Monster Hunter Freedom
- Final Fantasy: Crisis Core
- Sega Mega Drive Collection
- Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters

I'll check out their written and video reviews later today.

If you like racing games, it's a dream come true. The graphics are incredible, the tracks are varied, and the music sets a great mood. It starts off kind of easy, but the later levels get rediculously fast, tight, and intense, especially when the competition starts shooting at you more frequently.

Because I have one here at home in all of its UMD Glory but I'm kinda afraid to play it, I don't know what to expect. Haha.

Expect a good time. ^_^
