Which resolution?????

Just wondering which resolution would be better for my tv 1080i or 720p? When I put my tv in 720p it doesnt all fit on screen(at least on the XMB and even my xbox live dashboard)...this is my tv....

lol no wonder that montior is 4:3 it says its widescreen but the montior is self looks like a simple 4:3 i think you got jiped
