which shooter should i get?

Resistance is the best shooter on PSP. If your intrested in Action-Adventures, i recommend God of War: Chains of Olympus or Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters.

Gawd... how did you play it with those absolutely **** control schemes? Neither one worked. Just wondering, as I found that game almost impossible to play. Compared to MoH, it's the weaker of the two in my opinion. Sucks too, because I have always preferred CoD to MoH.

But the poster asked about third-person shooters. At least, those were the games listed. Of the two, you'll see more people online with SOCOM, but as is perennially stated on these forums, be prepared to face a LOT of cheaters in either title online. It's a fact, and anyone who says it's not that bad or it doesn't happen very often is deluded. This is not to say you can't find fun online, you just can't take it very seriously or you'll end up with an ulcer. People cheat *** in both titles all day long and twice on Sunday.

I've played Socom single player, but never Online. Interesting, I didn't know about the cheaters. I'll have to look into that.
