Which should become an mp3 player.

Here is the deal im trying to decide if i should make my psp or my phone into a mp3 player. So i was wondering I have a samsung gleam and Im going to by a 2gig micro SD, which has better sound quality?

I don't really no about the phone but i find the psp is fine plus has a visual player if that excites you at all. Also the psp can be listened without headphones but isn't very loud. torontomapleafs

The day I pay 400 bucks for a 16gig mp3 player is the day I swallow razorwire and pull the other end from my butt and flush myself to death.

Anyways.. Well phone mp3 players usually (With the exception of some Nokia models and Sony Ericsson Walkman phones) suck.. The interfaces are not that great and the sound quality is avarage. So PSP most likely will have a better sound quality but it doesnt have that great of a interface either.. On the otherhand, you have phone always with you, and it doesn't take extra space in your pocket.

It depends.. I'm an audio freak, so I would take the PSP just because it will most likely have better sound quality. But an avarage person probably wont care if the quality on their phone mp3 player is a bit lacking.
