White Knight Chronicles 2 trophy confusion

Hi all

I got WKC2 for my PS3. I never played the first game, so when I saw that it had the first game on the same disc I snapped it up. When I fired it up, it installed the trophy list for the second game, but not the first. I checked before buying to be sure the first game had trophies, which it does.

Now, it turns out that the first game included with the second, HAS NO TROPHIES AT ALL! I dont understand this as the origonal release has a trophy list, but the version you get with the second game has none.

I can live with it so played on with the first game. Last night I had 2 trophies pop, still playing the first game but listed under the second game in my trophies. It turns out that the trophies seem to be linked to both games, but there are only 25?

So I buy a full retail disc with two full games, but it has only 25 trophies spread accross them both? WTF!!!!

Is this correct or has something gone wrong here? I am a little Pis*** that they did not include the origonal games trophies, as this would stil only total 50 for two games, which seems right to me. How come they ommited the origonal trophies completely? it makes no sense!

(note) I am not a trophy whore, but I do like to get them especially on epic RPG's lol. It wont ruin the game for me, just seems an incredibly stupid choice. So I can have the first game with the second, but if I want the trophies I have to go and buy the first game seperatly, even though the second only has 25.

The reason there are only 25 trophies in WKC2 is because this game has a bunch of gold/silver trophies. A game that has 50+ trophies means it will have almost all bronze trophies.

The first WKC had 24 trophies...

And it seems you CANNOT unlock the WKC1 trophies while playing this "remastered" game. Which is kind of lame. At worst they should have just created an all new trophy set for the remastered version since it was probably a complication to have the remastered edition "overlap" with the original.

Indeed, I asked the same question when i got WKC2. Someone told me it was because the first game has been remastered to be like WKC2 that they didn't add the first games trophies. They could of just made new ones though. But you can unlock the trophies included with WKC2 in the first game, not sure how many. I got the Bronze Plaque trophy in the first game. I'm guessing like half of them are online trophies.
