I picked it up today. I've never played any of the other versions so I don't have to compare it to anything, but I think it's awesome. I've only played through a couple of levels, but it's a blast. I think fun-wise, it's better than resistance. I'm not saying it's an overall better game, but the firefights are intense and I love the horror aspect of it. I highly recommend to anyone who has never played the game before...

Don't buy it, it's just a waste of money. The game looks ugly, it does not look like a next gen game at all. It also doesn't support voice chatting which makes online gaming very boring and dumb. Other versions of the game were amazing but the PS3 version sucks.

Thats not short hand fool. and is one letter really that much harder to type? you could have just skipped over the caps lock botton and that would have saved you some time as well. Not is shorter than aint... just throwin that out there.Â
I did notice how it wasn't as polished as I thought it would be, but I didn't get it to have it look super fantastic. I've never played the game before and my friends always said how fun it was, so I decided to pick it up for ps3. I love the game for it's atmosphere, which is the main appeal to me. I love being freaked out randomly lol, I like it better than Doom 3. But I don't see why people should just shoot it down. Sure if you HAVE it for PC for Xbox, then don't get it, if you've never played it, sure pick it up or rent it.

I know its not like its just a list of names, there are actual people behind those little icons. I;ve deleted that guy like 3 times already, when someone adds you and then never responds to your messages or actually plays, what is the point?
