I started playing Fallout 3 and the first line is "War never changes..."

Then i decided to play some MGS4 and the first line is "War has changed..."

I dont know who to believe

lol dude i thought the same thing when i first played fallout 3....but i believe MGS4 is right....war does change...theres different types of war other then killing people and wars now-a-days are differrent then the ones years ago although youre still killing people and tryin to win....the tactics re different and some motives and stuff are as well....hence war has changed
