who has suround sound for their ps3

i was just curious to see who has it. it really makes the gaming experience great for listing to music.

today i was rebeating hells highway and i had the mg team behind me and i could hear it in the back speakers and was just cool to hear them behind me

Socom with DTS 7.1 FTW :) Wouldn't game without a surround sound setup, if your going to do it, do it the right way:)

i just recently purchased a sony theatre surround sound system, and i agree it has benefitted my playing since now i am to tell where ppl are located just by where the sounds are coming from. i had never owned a surround sound system before now, and i must say it is something that everyone should experience.

guys your making me jealous :( need some advice... basically im only 18 but i have my ps3, with a 40" 1080p samsung with my imac and macbook hooked up with just some 2.1 speakers. With my ps3 its a pain to plug my speakers into my tv...i only really do it for rock band. anyway i want a surround sound system HOWEVER my room is like...right next to my dads and hed kill me if it was too loud :P i have some wireless sennheiser headphones so i use them alot. i want a surround sound system for around £300 but i really dont want cables and everything everywhere and im not sure about positioning etc. anyway, any advice would be great,
