Both in their prime would be fairly even, for obvious reasons.
Its a hard choice, because both of them went through some really heavy stuff. but I think that Naked Snake has a better feeling to me. though its hard to choose, they are both great
I have to say Big Boss, why you say, he managed on his own to beat The Boss and her Cobra unit in operation SNAKE EATER and six years after that was able to recruit soldiers to his side and proved he is not only an expert in solo sneaking missions but also can be a leader.
