Who is looking forward to Battlefield more than mgs 4?

I played the Battlefield beta and thought it was horrible.

Nice graphics and the look of explosions where amazing, aswell as the destruction but the gameplay was poor in my opinion.

I am looking forward to Battlefield. I prefer to play a game, rather than watch cutscenes. (MGS4 still looks awesome though)

Oh to the TC I mean you have to excuse some of the fans of MGS, because they have been waitin on this game for a LONG I mean LONG time so when anything negative comes out about it they will defend it with their life.

And I understand why you don't like the MGS series... its not for everyone.

But I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Oh and to the TC I see that you only have 1 ps3 game Haze and the rest are 360 games... I am not really saying anything but do you mean to tell me that the only PS3 game you have is Haze...WOW

This misconception about MGS4 having all cutscenes and barely any gameplay is seriously annoying. The game has invented the stealth genre in terms of gameplay, so a game that has invented a genre in gaming is not second class game, apparently it has some serious depth according to the first batch of reviews, you can play it over and over again and still have things to unlock.

I am not saying there is no gameplay, nor I am saying MGS4 won't be fun. But I prefer playing the whole game as it is, and learning the story through me playing in it rather than have cutscenes only tell the story.

Any cutscene over 8 minutes, is too long for me - I just like sitting down and playing a game (which is why I like GTA4 so much).

I had them both reserved until I played the BF beta, now I only have MGS4 reserved.

Its a crap fps shooter compared to COD4 or Vegas imo.

Since I can't post anything related to MGS4 on the PS3 forum except in the sticky, I just wanted to inform you guys that I won't be able to provide you the latest news as soon as they're out concerning MGS4 and anything Metal Gear because of "them" and their "laws". You don't need to buy weapons, they took that out. You just unlock them.
