What do you mean by moral fortitude? Thats a pretty ambiguous description, if you mean sort of like not being hard, able to take a hit, I would say Raiden shouldn't be anywhere on this list. The End either, being a sniper is not easy, especially if you do it alone the way he did. Umm I don't really know because most of the characters are strong in there own way,some are smart in computers,good at fighting in battle,some ar good at sneaking so no I don't have one weak character in my list....

You'd figure Sunny and Hal, being huge net junkies and elite hackers that they'd just look it up on the net themselves. They can decrypt 4D sound data, hack the pentagon without being traced. Lay low under The Patriots' radar for years while still being able to do all of this stuff and they can't look up a recipe or instructions on how to cook an egg?
