i just love how when dmc4 was exclusive everyone was like "haha sucks for you 360 owners...dmc is one of the best", but now everyone is like "oh its good but not that good...we don't need dante"....it just makes me laugh.etbny22

there something wrong with this thread, it should be " Who needs Nero, when we have Kratos" Dante may be playable but the hero for DMC4 is NERO

Dante can't compare to Kratos anymore.  After DMC2 flopped, Dante and DMC's popularities went down while God of War and God of War II has made Kratos one of the biggest game characters.

Even though GOW was kinda easy,it is without a doubt one of the best(if not the best)Ps2 games out.

GOW1 outsold DMC3,lol,Sony dont need Capcoms title. 

I need Dante, because Kratos just isn't my type. :P

I don't really mind the DMC is multiplat now because I never really played much of the series but I'm sure they are great games. There are still some great series for Sony, like obviously GOW.  Anyway I would love for them to continue for a while with GOW.

i liked God of War but DMC3 was one of my favorite games of all time

however, DMC4 is not gonna have Dante as the main character so that a big downer

itll be cool to see god of war on the PS3 because the sixaxis control will really work well with it

but theres no way that would happen, its like Halo coming to PS3 

DMCs are good games, but by no means were they top of the line, they sold good, they were good games, but they wernt HUGEEEE, its still sad its gone though, butttt MGS4, FF, and GOW...awesome!, Kratos is sickJordanKid

dude, dante is SO more bad ass than kratos could ever imagine. only reason GOW sells better than DMC is because its an easier/casual game. baiums_inferno

What he said! Theres too many Kratos fanboys here. And how does DMC2 flopping have ANYTHING to do with GOW? Especially since DMC2 came out WAAY before GOW?

 The gameplay sucked not the character. Not to mention just like the guy im quoting said, i think the majority of people that like GOW better than DMC are not so good on DMC and good on GOW.

People need to realise not being good at a game as soon as you start playing is a good thing. It adds replay value in the end. You should have to work sometimes to be good at something. Thats what DMC provides. I own GOW and played DMC1 - DMC3 SE, and i honestly dont think GOW can compare to DMC3.
