Who should play Kratos in GOW film?

He looks the part, but I'm not so sure about his acting abilities

Yup ^ I think if he buffed up the right way he'd make a great Kratos. Not sure about the accent though. I can't really think of anyone right now. I can tell you who looks like Kratos but that wouldn't mean they'd be good enough actors to play him. I'm guessing a good unknown should come along.

The problem is that Kratos is a deep character. He acts out because of the despair for his wife and child. If you play him wrong then you'll make him look like a shallow manly-man who just likes to wreck stuff up.

But I know this movie is going to be horrible. I heard that they have Brett Ratner (Rush Hour movies. Money Talks and X-Men: The Last Stand) to direct this movie. I don't think he's up to the challenge of creating a serious movie that won't come off as some cheezy mindless action movie. I'd rather have Michael Bay direct this movie.

Have you played Chronicles of Riddick:escape from butcher bay? If you haven't you should it might change your mind. His raspy ass voice really adds to the game. no maam rules!!!

Video game movies suck anyways. It doesn't really matter who gets the part. The producer and director are going to crap all over it anyways. That's also what worries me about a Metal Gear movie.

I dont know the actor's name but Ill try to explain who Im talking about. If you have watched Troy the movie, you should remember the first big warrior that Achilles fights. I think his name was Boagrius in the movie. That guy must play Kratos I think.

I would have to say Nathan Jones (The Protector, Fearless, and Troy)
