Only sport game I could play is Fight Night Round and NBA2K series. That is it, oh Real have you seen the latest vid on 2K9 gameplay? O_O thats all I have to say about that
Yeah, I still play it IMO I think it is the best sports game there is out there because all the things that happen in the game most of the time I still see things that I never seen before like throwing the bat away happened to me a week ago.
I was going to pick this up when it came out but ended up getting Army of Two instead (damn you EA :x) But I will be picking this game up this weekend tho.

oh yeah @ 1137- ive checked nba 2k9. but i wanted to get nba 09 the inside for some reason lol, it seems like they made alot of improvements such as having an all new franchise mode and bringing nba the life back. anyways fight night round 4 is going to be a day one buy for me. cant wait :D, mayweather 8)
i really want mlb 08 and am surprised at myself for not getting it yet. its sad i lost mlb07 so now i have to get it cause i have no baseball game to play
I just picked it up last week, and it is really great. I just need to get better at batting. So far, if I do manage to get hits, they are either singles or homeruns. Not a lot of variety there...
I love MLB08 the Show, I have the demo, but when I went to buy the full game, they were sold out everywhere. So I bought 07 the show for $17. 07 is still great and Road to the Show is so much fun. (I'm in the 2009 season with the Yankees and we won the world series in 2007 and 2008.)
I'm not gonna get 08, I'm gonna wait till they release MLB09 the Show.
In 09, I hope they do something like multiplayer road to the show. Where friends can play as other positions with you. Or road to the show online where each player on a server plays only as their guy.

hopefully in next year's . i want to see a homerun derby and bring legends on the game such as babe ruth, mantle, jackie, aaron etc.
yeh i still play it and i love it. i am the best first baseman in the league for Boston and the game still does amaze me with its depth, i mucst have played it for hundreds of hours but i never tire of it. the only thing i dont like is that Ted Williams and Carl Yastzremski arent in it, arguably the two best left fielders to ever play.

I have the game, overall I like the game alot, best baseball game I have played in awhile.
playing online is horrible if the other person has ANY type of lag at all ... RTTS takes WAY TOO LONG ... it's an all right game ... I miss MVP!tophmoney
Not really. I played some games that went real smooth. Now if you think your lagging then you can always quit the game before the 2nd inning and it won't count as a loss. If your lagging then it must be your connection.
All baseball games suck compared to MVP ... this one's no different ... The outfielders ROB homers AT WRIGLEY?!? That's impossible ... by the way ... stupid
