who thinks warhawk 2 can be a AAA game for the ps3 next year

i mean the game got pretty good reviews and its a multiplayer online game. warhawk 2 better have a single player and multiplayer and put more maps more weapons more vehicles and more game modes and we have a AAA ps3 tittleps3and360owner

Warhawk hasn't even been out a week and you're already thinking about a sequel? :?

I'd rather them focus on releasing more content for the current Warhawk, because I don't think I can survive on just five maps for 1+ years.

I think they will do a expansion off the store like extras outfiting and more maps but that would be it.

They might do a warhawk with single player though.

Think expansions, not sequals. You cant have a sequal to something that doesnt have any single player, sequal implys plot in both.

I mean really... can't we just enjoy this for a while before we start talking any sort of sequel? Tho I'd have to agree with the map issue...when you've been playing for about 3 days and already know the ins and outs of the Archipalego, it's a bit much...

Battlefield 2 is a sequel. It doesn't have a plot. The UT games would be considered sequels, and they don't have a plot.

I would rather see them add features, modes, and maps to this game than focus on redoing the whole thing and knocking the current version into obsolescence. I think with some tweaking and about 15% more content this could be one of the best online games of all time.

I have plenty of things I'd like to see come to this game because it has limitless potential, but as it is right now it's still one of the better online games I've ever played. Definitely "AAA" in my book.

Unreal tournement has a plot of it being a massive sporting tournement where they fight, and UT3 has aliens invading as a plot. Warhawk has NOTHING. So thats why i dont think they could.

No WarHawk 2 for at least 2 years. What is the point of doing it? Just to waste money.

WarHawk will continue to sell well through time, as PS3 get sold, people will download it.

I can see down-loadable content in future and possible down-loadable single campaign (as they hinted) but real WarHawk 2 is nonsense.

Ok, let's change this up a bit.

Is Madden 07 a sequel? Is Burnout 3 a sequel? They are, and they don't have plots. Sequel just means the next game in a series. If Warhawk continues to be successful, eventually they will probably release a new one. It may not be for a while, maybe not this gen, but they almost always follow up successful games with a sequel.

WoW may have 2-3 more expansions, but eventually players are going to want a new engine with shinier graphics, etc. It happens to everything. Sequels = money, too, can't forget that.
