havnt played any of the others, but from what i hear about this game and its ability to be a system seller to those whol fell in love with the series, i cant think that sony and the developers which have had some of the best exclusives lately wont make a totally amazing game that needs to be played reguardless of playing or knowing the begining of the series

i will not miss the final installment in what has to be one of my favorite series of all time. im still playing the demo religiously.

It would've been a day 1 buy for me but since my dad or little brother killed my ps3 I had to cancel my pre-order so I can buy a slim. Hopefully I have enough money by the time its released.
