Why can't I register my PSP Go???

Every time I go to http://us.playstation.com/registration/product and enter the Barcode# and Purchase Date I click continue and it says "Don't forget the barcode." And I know I entered the barcode correctly. Is something wrong with the website or what?

Slide the Go open and look on the back of the upper half (screen half). Use that barcode instead. The one on the box isn't long enough.

The code on my box worked just fine. Make sure you are using the right one. There are two codes, if i am correct you should use the bottom one.
