For example
the elder scrolls IV for 360 got a 9.6 for ps3 it got a 9.5
or rainbow 6 vegas for 360 got 9.1 and the ps3 verison got a 9.1

Don't forget that their funny.:DGamespot is bi@sed against the PS3, it's not an opinion, it's just a fact. I compared the scores of the ps3 exclusives with the 360 exclusives on gamespot against gamerankings (that site tracks the reviews of hundreds of web sites). I calculated gamespot was agreed with the industry on the 360 scores, but removed an average of 0.4 points againts the ps3 exclusives (I mean, 0.4 point UNDER THE INDUSTRY REVIEWS). Never trust the gamespot reviews for the ps3, they are only good for the 360 reviews.cramoisi
Nice research, man. Great stuff.
Perhaps it's a bit rash to call ALL of GS's employees biased toward the 360, or against the PS3 take your pick, but it's obvious that the site as whole seems to prefer the 360. I agree, the Sony console didn't have the superb launch many were expecting, given the strong debut the PS3 had, but still, give Sony some credit and some time to play catch up. Hopefully by this time next year, us early adopters will be reaping the benefits of owning a PS3 and getting those early games out of the way to make room for the wave of up coming awesome game goodness that sure to come our way... then again, I could be wrong and this time next year we'll all own a 360 and be using our PS3s as six hundred dollar door stops.

And its funny how other websites like game trailers gave the ps3 a higher score and ign gave it even, and than other sites have balanced out ps3 and xbox 360 multiplat form games. While as gamespot gives the ps3 the low score of almost every game, and overates the xbox 360 game like pdz, while underrates the ps3 games like ratchet and clank. Note how its all from gamespot yeah I am guessing gamespot is why the ps3 games are scoring lower. Have you thought about it that way? It makes sense, doesnt it?
get over it.
GS is not biased.
Most times multiplatform ports are not quite as good on ps3 for a variety of reasons that have been well documented.
As to the horrible Ratchet and Clank review, i cant explain that, except, the reviewer had a opinion, whether you agree with it or not.
Oblivion is better on the PS3YemeniXXVI
One year better? Definitely not, especially since the 360 version got all of the improvements the PS3 version has in a patch and that the 360 version has downloadable content while PS3 users are forced to buy the Shivering Isles retail. It doesn't even make since because you'll have to install the Shivering Isles onto your PS3 anyway, so you might as well download it. Of course, not everybody who has a PS3 is connected to the PSN, but most of the hardcore community is, which are the people actually playing Oblivion. Oops, got a little off-topic. Anyway, yeah, the 360 version is actually a little superior, but whatever. At least having the Shivering Isles in my collection will look cool. :)
Also whenever there is news about an upcoming multi-platform game and you click on the game title, Gamespot automatically takes you to the 360 game site by default. This also causes the 360 site for the game to get more hits so in the top ten lists it will show the 360 version. If you wnat to get even deeper there are things like the news stories they chose to cover and the stories that are headlines. The big 5 articles at the homepage that cycle every ten seconds or so are not updated over the weekend. Usually the top story that shows through the weekend will almost always be either a positive xbox story or a negative PS3 story.
Did anyone hear about MSG4 being delayed?
Did anyone hear about no wireless guitars for the 360version of Rock Band?
get over it.

so if a gamespot reviewer gave halo 3 a 6.5 or something completely stupid, gamespot wouldnt step in and correct the review? Whatever the initial reviewer's review was is final and not to be questioned?

What are you talking about.... The PS3 version is graphically superior. read the reviews.
Virtua Fighter 5, 8.2,and Virtua Fighter 5 online, 8.5. It's a year old now, and apparently "on par with the PS3 version". Coolmotherboop
I didn't realize VF5 has been on the PS3 for a year now. The 360 games score higher because they are just better. It's that simple. Even IGN rates most of them higher more so than Gamespot.

Well, Jeff reviewed Halo 3, so it was guaranteed to get a super-high score, (Not that Halo 3 was bad but given the reviewer and the pedigree that precedes it, you just know that it was a shoe-in for a 9.0 + score), you know how lard-o loves to shoot his mouth off (just listen to the weekly pod cast) so you know he was gonna blow up the Halo's awesomeness three or four fold... Gods! I wished I owned a 360 so I too could feel superior and mighty and all that good stuff... ::scuttles away all lame-like to play his copy of Oblivion hoping the sounds of a fiery paradise will drown his quiet sobbing::
What will the PS3 version of Orange Box score, I wonder.
because gamespot is bi@sed
go to ign for ps3 reviews
they are more balanced and fair in terms of reviews

HAH! The fact that they're .1 less for comming out 6 months after the original with worse controls and no achivement system really shows how biased they are. More like biased FOR Sony in this case. I'll grant you though I have seen some biased Reviews. Rachet and Clank for example.

zThe fact that Virtua Fighter has ONLINE GAMEPLAY makes a massive difference. So much of a difference that if the ps3 version had it the game would have probobly gotten a 9.
