because they are fun to play and are worth my money. It's like asking "why do you buy games in general". If like game a lot, why not buy it?

I have to agree, kind of a silly question.
I bought the first one because I thought it looked fun, which it was.
For me I justlovethe characters andthe stories

This and it's also a great online multiplayer to mess around with.

:lol:Why do I buy Uncharted games? To play mostly. Sometimes I just stick them in my ass for fun.

sensing alot of hostility. anyways, what makes the gameplay fun? try your best to describe it, and dont just say "fun" try harder than that.
The gameplay is a lot of fun, the environments have a ton of variety and are often spectacular, and the stories aren't bad either.
And I love the characters - Nate is just a great guy and Elena is such a sweetie. And Sully is the perfect sarcastic foil to both of them. The relationships between all of them is extremely well done. Better than most Hollywood movies actually.

Well, how can someone really make an argument when you aren't to specific? Anyway, I'm not a BIG BIG fan of the series "BUT" I do like the storyline, gameplay and graphics....bottom line, it's not revolutionary but it is a well polished game.
I like to play games that require button mashing, and have lots of cutscenes. I also like sloppy controls and that my character always stumbles around like a drunk.CaptainSofaThis post isn't all wrong, hilariously. There is something really loose about Uncharted's controls.
I bought Uncharted 1 because I liked the setting and wanted a good action/adventure game. I didn't get the others because I just haven't gotten around to it, and it's not something I really want all that much. Uncharted was good but I feel like that one was enough... I might get the next two eventually, but I don't know.

Pretty much. Great campaign, great co-op, great multiplayer, and I love the series.
I bought it because the last one got great reviews and everything i read said its the best series of all time. I however don't like it at all, and would say its actually one of the worst games I've ever played.CaptainSofa

Well, that explains why you said you didn't like Uncharted in your first post. Apparently, it doesn't have the "qualities" that you enjoy in games.
op here, can you say why you like it without being too vague and not using the word "fun"? i understand if you cant though, i have games that i like that i can be hard to describe.
