it worries me when i have just collected 100 feathers, or 350 shards lol yea im the same i was nearly crying after i beat uncharted 2 on crushing because there was no sign of the trophy unlocking few seconds later the platinum then the crushing trophy unlocked. im guessing the trophy system is just a bit flawed it wasnt there from the beginning like achievements were so sony just had to settle with the way they work now. better than not working at all but im guessing its something to do with the fact trophy support was a firmware update and not a part of the ps3 from the start
Yeah I've noticed that as well, Achivements pretty much pop up straight away while Trophies take a good few seconds..making me paranoid if I've unlocked it or not.
