cuz they dont respect ps3 users...lol ps3 has 540p. waw, mw2, and mw1 all 600p, and this time, PS3 BO has this ugly 540p...it's easy to tell difference between it and previous ps3 COD games...btw 360 still has 600p.

since they use same game engine as mw2, i can only think activision and treyarch dont take ps3 market seriously. anyway i am going to sell my Black Ops copy.

graphics are alittle off.....But the reason why this game is so popular is beceause so many people love to play and talk about it, then you have people who but and bash it.....But both sides still buy the game...

Its a very optional choice,,,especially when Medal of Honor just came out and there was a choice between 2 great Army FPS's.....

COD is the FIFA of shooters and its just about time for the spot stain to start showing,Activision is killing the franchise people worked hard to create

what I don't understand is that on the gamestop reviews in "the bad" section many sequels say "recycled" which means it is the same as its predecessor. And every single COD game is exactly the same as the one before there is little or no change made in the games at all and yet none of them ever get that mentioned under "the bad" section of the reviews.

I don't necessarily hate the games while im not a big fan of the genre the COD games are fun to play, but my god they are all exactly like the ones before them (which is why I don't buy them) and if gamestop is going to say that recycled content is a flaw in other games then they should say the same about the COD series

Okay so i found the exact quote for the recycled content gamestop gives games on their reviews:

"Same as last year- Haven't you played this game before? This demerit is reserved for annual (or nearly annual) franchises that fail to make significant changes from one game to the next"

Hmm an new COD comes out every year and there are no significant changes from one game to the next sounds like this demerit is perfect for COD

I'm assuming you are refering to me.Firstly lemme say i dont hate COD,if you read my post well,you'd realize.Second lemme say you cant compare releasing a copy and past game every year to the MSG series.MGS1 is diff from MGS2,MGS3,MGS4 the significant improvements or difference between them is what makes the series special and people wont mind another one because they know they are not getting a copy and paste material,the same cant be said of COD tho. Now that been said,the problem i have is not with the developers but Activision who is doing business of milking the franchise before it runs dry

Actually it was for TC, but anyway, I do think the improvements from MW2 to BO are worth the money while I think it isn't worth to go from MGS2 to MGS2: Substance. It just causes me to lol if a MGS fanboy critics the lack of improval if the MGS series milked their fans with stupid additions like MGS2 Substance or MGS 3: Subistence. Let's just face it, if anyone enjoys an Ip he's more than willing to buy new games even if they release every year as long as they bring something new to the IP which BO surely does oO I just don't get a hate for an IP so much that you wish the series dies, it's like telling the fans you hate them for enjoying the games oO

Let me come out and say i didnt play any of the subsistence so i cant offer much info on why they were made,but what i do know is the main story arch itself (MSG1-4) isnt what you would describe as a copy and paste like COD is.If you did play MSG1-4 you will understand what i mean.Whenever people expect a sequel to a particular game,they are anticipating the changes that would come along with it and if those changes dont come,its considered copy n paste.Now i dont have a gripe with the game cause im guna get it myself and i do think its a good game.Just maybe Activision are killing the franchise which is my worry ass the game have huge followership and Activ-greedy is capitalizing on its popularity rather than deliver something worthy of a sequel

I don't hate the COD games, I actually like them and Black Ops looks good but all the hype about it does annoy me, I just don't get it. Everyone goes on about it and nearly everyone on my friends list is playing Black Ops already. They're good games but everyone acts obsessed. They need to slow down with the COD games. Also people who hate on COD annoy me too.

Both COD haters and obsessed fans annoy me.

I want to get BFBC2 and MOH before Black Ops.

I dont hate cod black ops btw but it is the same thing and it nothing new if you want this customizeation crap then play quantum of solace.

And im not going to review this crap because im not going to buy it because i only have ps3 and wii and i dont want ps3 coz of graphics they purposfully made it worst for ps3 .

And i looked at another thread and theres was a pic where it said multiplayer is free . I hope this means that the next cod will have pay for multiplayer tehn there will be less players .
