i just bought my ps3, on the 23 of this month it get's so dusty and when i i wipe it with a soft cotting cloth i notice it has scratchs wtf then i tried using my finger to wipe it still the same why dose the ps3, scratch so easy my goodness anyone else notice it seems to be very easy to scratch the cover?
I use the cloths which were meant for reading/sun glasses to clean my ps3. It works great. Don't use your hand, you'll get finger marks all over your shiny new ps3. When I am not using my PS3, I place another cloth to cover it. :P

I've not noticed it personally. As for the dustiness, it is black. Dust shows up unbelievably easily.
I use a swiffer duster, two or three quick swipes and it looks good as new. I also have a can of air and I give it a little blast into it every few days, trying to keep and dust out of the inside. I have a PSP cloth and I have never tried it, but I will have to give that a try.
Theres tons of scratches all over my PS3..funny thing is I have no clue how they got there. I think evil little hamsters come at night and scratch the hell out of it.
PS3 is glossy black, anything thats glossy black gets dusy quick. Black and Gloss don't go well for dust repellant. My PS3 gets dusty in a few days, while my DVD players and Sat Box never ever gets dusty cause they are silver.
