Just because Braid got a 9.5 doesn't mean it's better then Vanquish as one is a PSN game and has different standards then normal full priced games and both games shouldnt be compared anyway.
AAA scores are not limited to games with fancy 3D graphics. The game looks good from a 2D perspective and runs at 1080p so it very much so is in HD. Also take into account that it's not as pricey as blu-ray games.

Prince of persia sands of time , warrior withn , two thrones and forgotten sands had rewind, slow down time and other things . they also had good combat and platforming but sands of time got 9 .0 warrior within 8.9 and two thrones 8 .6 . Why has this crappy game got a bigger rating then little big planet when little big planet and prince of persia have better platforming

It was revolutionary in a way, because the rewind feature worked separately from the game world itself and in different ways from level to level. Sometimes it was just standard rewind, sometimes you could create a clone, sometimes your movement caused objects to move forward or back in time, and so on. I do think that it scored way too high, but it's still a revolutionary game in many ways. It even spawned clones like PB Winterbottom, which used similar techniques (cloning) to create a really obnoxious and pretentious experience.
